Why I Built This
Remember when you actually owned software? You bought it once, and it was yours. No monthly fees, no surprise charges, no begging to cancel. Those days are gone.
Now every company has switched to subscriptions. And I get it – recurring revenue is great for business. But here's what really bugs me: many of these companies make it intentionally hard to cancel. They hide the button, require phone calls, or just hope you'll forget you're paying them.
I got tired of discovering charges for services I'd forgotten about. So I built Substop – a simple tool to scan your bank statements and show you exactly what you're paying for, with links to each service. You'd be surprised how many subscriptions are quietly draining your account.

We're a tiny Scandinavian company. No venture capital, no growth-at-all-costs mentality. Just a focus on building something genuinely useful.
Privacy and GDPR compliance aren't afterthoughts for us – they're in our DNA. Your bank statements are processed securely and deleted immediately. We don't store your financial data, we don't sell it, we don't even look at it. Our system does the analysis, you get the results, and that's it.
